The marine transformers produced by our company are dry-type self cooling (air-cooled) transformers, which can be used as power supply, lighting, and isolation equipment in the power grid; The insulation level can be divided into B, F, and H levels; The capacity of marine low-voltage transformers is 6300kVA and below, and the voltage level is below 1kV. The capacity of marine medium voltage and offshore platform transformers is 10000kVA and below, and the voltage level is below 10kV. Our company provides various specifications of 12 pulse and 24 pulse rectifier transformers.

Our company has strong technical strength and can design and produce various special specifications of products according to customer requirements.

Transformers can operate reliably under the following conditions :
a、 The ambient temperature is -25~+45 ℃;
b、 The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 95%;
c、 Has the effects of condensation, oil mist, salt mist, and mold;
d、 Vibration and impact generated during normal operation of ships;
e、 During ship operation, the sway angle is ≤ 22.5 ° and the tilt angle is ≤ 15 °;
f、 The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately a sine wave, and the power supply voltage connected to the three-phase transformer is approximately symmetrical.

Description

Marine power transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers) are electrical equipment installed on ships, offshore platforms, and other places for lighting, power, communication, or grid isolation under normal operating conditions. This series of transformers is a dry-type self cooling anti drip transformer suitable for voltages below 11KV, frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz, and capacities of 1-2000KVA. The iron core of the transformer is a core structure, made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together, which can firmly fix the winding and minimize vibration under usage conditions; The coil is made of high-quality high insulation enameled wire or wrapped wire, with insulation levels of B, F, and H. Protection type: divided into drip proof (IP22, IP23, IP44) and waterproof transformer (IP55).

The winding machine adopts the technology of "wire hydraulic energy-saving tension curling device", high-precision detection of ± 0.5mm, and advanced hydrogen arc welding technology, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of coil winding.
  4. Iron core: The iron core adopts a multi-stage step through positioning structure, and under various working conditions, the iron core has no lateral or longitudinal displacement.
