High voltage winding: The high-voltage winding conductor is made of high-quality conductor winding, reinforced with long and short cut glass fiber felt as filler, and poured by the world-class Heinrich vacuum casting system in a vacuum state. Effectively suppress the occurrence of partial discharge phenomenon, with a partial discharge capacity of less than 5pC.
3. Low voltage winding: The low voltage winding adopts high-quality pin conductors and is wound on an automatic box winding machine. The winding machine adopts the technology of "wire hydraulic energy-saving tension curling device", high-precision detection of ± 0.5mm, and advanced hydrogen arc welding technology, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of coil winding.
4. Iron core: The iron core adopts a multi-stage step through positioning structure, and under various working conditions, the iron core has no lateral or longitudinal displacement.
5. High quality insulation:

The transformer body adopts a high-temperature resistant mixed insulation system, which effectively solves the problem of temperature field differences in different types of transformer structures and ensures the safety and reliability of the insulation system.

6. Advanced winding technology:

Made of high-quality conductor winding and reinforced with long and short cut glass fiber felt, it is poured under vacuum using the world-class Heinrich vacuum casting system

7. Fully automatic core lamination technology:

The robot is fully automatic in laminating, adopting a fully inclined 45 degree 7-step ladder joint structure, which improves the efficiency and quality of transformer laminating.
