Load resistors are used for various testing applications in the shipbuilding industry, such as vehicle acceptance, parking test, load test, navigation test, generator set factory test, static voltage regulation characteristic test, overload protection test, reverse power and reverse current protection test, and parallel operation test.

The measurement and control method of this product can be achieved through manual buttons PLC、 Remote touch screens, industrial control microcomputers, and other devices are used for intelligent measurement and control. Specialized measurement and control software is used for load control and data processing, automatically collecting, saving, and managing various electrical parameter data, and generating various tables, curves, and standard testing reports. The protection functions include overvoltage and overload protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, over temperature protection, wind pressure protection, emergency stop device, etc. There are two cooling methods available: natural cooling and forced air cooling. The outer box structure is available in portable/movable/fixed/containerized options.

Product features:

  1. This resistor is made of high-quality stainless steel alloy, with low temperature rise coefficient and small resistance change rate;

  7. The resistance value of the resistor can be adjusted within a wide range: from 0.005 to 11.7 Ω per piece;
  8. The insulation performance of the resistor is strong: the withstand voltage between the resistor BANK and the supporting component can reach 8.3KV;
  9. Small resistance change rate during hot state: The resistor is made of imported stainless steel material from abroad, with a low temperature coefficient, and the resistance change rate during hot state can not exceed 20%;
  10. Strong vibration resistance: Stainless steel bolts are used to connect the resistor pieces, which has strong vibration resistance;
  11. Strong corrosion resistance: The resistor is made of high-temperature alloy material, which has extremely strong corrosion resistance;
  12. High cost performance: compact structure, adjustable number of resistors, high cost performance.
