Load Bank (Load device)
The load device (AC440-6000K) is a load testing equipment designed and manufactured by our company for ship generator sets. It has been delivered to the port of the demander for acceptance and delivery for use.
Summary:
The 6000KVA dry-type load device can accurately test the output power and load capacity of various generator sets, mainly testing all electrical parameters including dynamic parameters of the generator sets. It consists of two parts: measurement and control and load cabinet, and is used in conjunction with the upper computer to achieve intelligence. It automatically completes the special testing of all electrical parameters of the generator sets, and generates charts, curves, and detection reports. Provided scientific testing methods for high-power generator equipment.
Features and functions:
- It can measure the basic functions of the generator, such as steady-state three-phase voltage, current, active power, frequency, and operating time; (Reactive power, apparent power, power factor, etc. are reserved functions).
- Equipped with harmonic analysis function, capable of simultaneously analyzing the 2nd to 50th harmonic content and total harmonic content of voltage and current; Energy accumulation function.
- The transient testing (load surge, load unload) function can automatically test the maximum and minimum values of voltage, current, frequency, and recovery time during sudden load changes.
- It has powerful voltage recording function and is equipped with optoelectronic isolation RS485/RS232 serial communication function, with powerful serial port function.
- Not only can it measure all steady-state parameters, but it can also measure surge, surge, voltage, current, frequency curves, as well as voltage and current harmonic curves and harmonic content.
- When used in conjunction with the upper computer, it can automatically measure all electrical parameters of the generator. Automatically generate various charts, curves, and detection reports. - The total load control function can complete the functions of sudden load addition and unloading (water load does not have this function).
