Intelligent Test Load System
The load testing system provides users with an efficient and reliable option to meet the needs of load testing on generator sets. The load testing system consists of two main parts: the control system and the load box. It mainly includes the load box body, electrical parameter data acquisition system, automatic loading and unloading control system, heat dissipation device, auxiliary control, PLC, and spare parts. Our independently developed electric load testing equipment perfectly combines dry-type load modules with automated measurement and control modules, which can accurately detect the output power and load capacity of various generator sets. The system can be used in conjunction with a computer to achieve intelligent control, automatically complete specialized testing of all electrical parameters of the generator set, generate tables, curve graphs, and standard testing reports, and support printing, completely eliminating tedious manual operations and providing scientific and efficient testing methods for high-power generator sets.
