The transformer is made of non-toxic flame-retardant epoxy resin infusion, with high mechanical strength, flame retardancy, fire resistance, and no pollution.

The insulation heat resistance level of the transformer is H level, with a heat resistance temperature of 180 ℃ and a maximum overload capacity of 200%.

From the initial two-dimensional electric field simulation, three-dimensional electric field measurement, and impulse characteristic measurement, to the later theoretical analysis and simulation tests on the characteristics of the transformer's main insulation, longitudinal insulation, end insulation, lead insulation, and coil under lightning impulse voltage, after years and multiple methods of verification, the reliability of transformer insulation has been ensured.

Shanghai Zhiyou Company has collaborated with universities such as Tsinghua University, Southeast University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology to jointly develop a calculation program for the temperature field of a circular wire. By calculating the loss distribution of the coil (including resistance loss, eddy current loss in different directions, and circulating current loss between parallel wires) and the cooling condition of the flow velocity field, the temperature distribution of the coil and the temperature rise of the hot spot can be accurately calculated, in order to take measures to effectively control the temperature rise of the hot spot that affects the life of the transformer.
