- The main control part of the soft starter adopts the TMS320F28XX series 32-bit DSP microcontroller from TI Corporation in the United States. Its operating frequency can reach up to 150 MHz, combining the redundant design of dual control microcontroller chips with high-performance industrial grade 32-bit processing capabilities. It has powerful control and signal processing capabilities and can implement complex control algorithms.
- The 16 bit high-speed AD analog-to-digital conversion chip AD7656 produced by an American company is used to ensure the accuracy of voltage and current sampling during the starting process.
- By using fiber optic triggering modules produced by Anhua High in the United States, fiber optic triggering and signal high and low voltage isolation are achieved, which improves the anti-interference ability of the equipment.
- The unique anti-interference mechanism of synchronous signal software and hardware provides reliable guarantee for the normal operation of soft starters under complex working conditions and interference sources on site.
- When the soft starter triggers angle control, the output triggering angle accuracy is controlled at one percent, which improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the control.
- In the starting control of soft starters, PID regulated current closed-loop control is adopted. Under constant current starting mode, the current can also be limited to a certain set value, and the motor can be started smoothly.
- The closed-loop control of power factor angle is adopted to eliminate the oscillation during the soft start process of the motor. By detecting the change in power factor angle, the adjustment of thyristor trigger angle automatically follows the change in power factor angle.
- The software adopts multi-point backup storage, multi-point comparison reading, and a self verification and self recovery storage mechanism to ensure the correct and reliable access of parameters and fault records.
- Add flexible current transformer settings. WZ5 supports one, two, or three current transformer modes through parameter setting for current sampling.
- Using high-frequency constant voltage and constant current energy harvesting method to provide trigger power for thyristor, reducing energy harvesting costs and reducing the volume of energy harvesting components.
- Adding the function of adjusting the offset phase in the voltage sampling stage can reduce the deviation of the synchronization signal caused by device accuracy deviation, and at the same time reduce the impact of triggering output voltage imbalance.
- The motherboard to trigger board adopts a series fiber optic triggering method, reducing the number of optical fibers from the motherboard to the valve component while having the redundant expansion function of thyristors.
- Communication function: RS485 interface (communication protocol Modbus), which can achieve communication with the upper PC or industrial control system, realizing intelligent monitoring and control.
- Adopting the dynamic fuzzy control concept, the starting time and torque of the motor are automatically adjusted based on the magnitude of the load torque. Thus achieving smooth acceleration of the motor, when the motor speed reaches the rated working speed, the bypass contactor automatically closes, solving the problem of mismatch between the manually set starting curve and the load torque curve.
- Real time temperature detection and protection are adopted, and fault signals are transmitted through optical fibers to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
- Adopting a special combination of multiple voltage protection design ensures the reliability of thyristor operation.
17. (1) Due to the possible differences in the opening and recovery process of thyristors, strict screening methods are used to screen thyristors, ensuring the consistency of static parameters of the thyristors used in the equipment. Simultaneously using non inductive capacitors and resistors in series branches, as well as static voltage equalization resistors in parallel on the thyristors, to limit the unbalanced voltage of the series thyristors within a certain range.
(2) An independent overvoltage triggered BOD circuit is used at all levels of thyristors as an emergency trigger protection for a single thyristor component, greatly improving the self-protection capability of the forward and reverse overvoltage of the single thyristor component.
- High voltage insulation board is used as the key component for installation and high-voltage insulation isolation material, achieving miniaturization of thyristor valve assembly. High insulation materials such as SMC molded plates, polytetrafluoroethylene tubes, nylon screws, etc. are used as installation materials for high-voltage components and safety isolation materials for high-voltage circuits, making the structural dimensions of thyristor valve components meet the requirements of miniaturization, thereby saving the effective space of the entire device.
- The use of LCD or touch panel human-machine interface increases the humanization requirements of device information, making it convenient to use dedicated backend software for multi machine soft start configuration monitoring of device operation.
