Product Description:

  1. The installation and use environment is relatively harsh, with high requirements for three defenses.

Product features:

  1. Low loss: The no-load loss is 20% lower than the national standard, and the load loss is 10% lower. Meet national energy efficiency requirements.
  2. Low noise, low partial discharge: The average noise level is 10dB lower than the national standard, and the partial discharge is less than 5pC.
  3. Strong "three prevention" ability: moisture-proof, anti salt spray, and anti mold. Can operate normally at 98% humidity. After shutdown, it can be put into operation without pre drying, reducing maintenance time and costs.
  4. Three characteristic tests: The product has passed F1, C2, E2 level combustion, environmental, and thermal shock tests, is flame retardant and fire-resistant, and can be directly installed in the load center.
  5. Strong overload capacity: using H-grade (180 ℃) insulation material and designed for F-grade temperature rise (100K). The insulation system has a large margin and strong overload capacity.
  6. The protection system is sensitive and reliable: equipped with a temperature control protection system for three-phase inspection, which can be remotely monitored. Equipped with a forced air cooling system, it can meet special environmental requirements.
  7. Strict quality inspection: Transformers must undergo strict testing in accordance with national standards GB6450-1986 and IEC 60076 before leaving the factory, including multiple key items such as partial discharge, lightning impulse, noise, etc., to ensure the high quality and reliability of the product.
