Capacitor Reactor Filtering Assembly

Functional features:
- Can be installed indoors and outdoors.
- Adopting a frame structure, fixed cutting or automatic cutting. The switching of the capacitor cabinet can be directly operated at the substation.
- Outdoor frame type capacitor set: It consists of a series reactor, an inlet frame, and a capacitor frame. Hollow reactors are generally three-phase stacked or three-phase flat.
- The incoming line rack includes high-voltage isolation switches, discharge coils, and lightning arresters. The capacitor rack is generally arranged in two layers and one row, and for particularly large capacities, it can be arranged in two rows and two layers. The incoming line rack is parallel to the capacitor structure, with the same height and depth. Each capacitor is equipped with an external fuse, and the capacitor structure door can be a grid door or a steel door with an observation window. The reactor must be enclosed with a mesh fence.
- Outdoor frame type: The GW4-12D high-voltage isolation switch is used for incoming lines, and the switch is installed on the platform. After the isolation switch is the reactor, which is usually installed in three-phase stacking. When the capacity is large, it can be installed in phase separation, and the corresponding capacitor is also installed in phase separation. When a single capacitor has a capacity of 50~500kvar, the capacitor frame is arranged in a single or double row three-layer layout. Lightning arresters and discharge coils are installed on the structure. Capacitors with a capacity of 200kvar and above are generally arranged in a single or double row two-layer layout. When the capacity is particularly large, capacitors can be arranged in phases, with each phase arranged in two rows and one layer. Lightning arresters and discharge coils are placed at the top of the frame. The entire device is surrounded by a net fence of no less than 2 meters, and the net fence door should have at least one flap for easy inspection and maintenance.
- The 35KV voltage devices are all outdoor frame type, with capacitors and reactances arranged in separate phases. The capacitor architecture is supported by 35KV high-voltage insulators and insulated from the ground. The capacitors are arranged in two rows and one layer. The lightning arrester is installed near the reactor, and the discharge coil is installed near the neutral point of the structure. The 35KV power supply is led to the upper end of the GW4-35D isolation switch, which is installed on the platform. The entire device should be surrounded by a net fence door of no less than 2 meters, and the net fence door should have at least one flap for easy inspection and maintenance.
