1、 All reactors are encapsulated with long glass fiber bundles impregnated with epoxy resin. The reactor is composed of several enclosures, and the huge mechanical force generated when the reactor passes through short-circuit current is borne by the enclosure, thus having a high ability to resist short-circuit current in the entire coil wire.
2、 The reactor coil adopts a thin film with excellent insulation performance as the turn insulation of the wire.
3、 The surface of the reactor is covered with silicone organic paint that is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and has good resistance to outdoor weather conditions.
4、 Polyester glass fiber guide strips are used between the layers of the reactor coil as axial heat dissipation ducts, which have excellent heat dissipation performance.
5、 When calculating the temperature rise of the reactor, the equal temperature rise design method is adopted to balance and equal the temperature rise limits of each layer winding, eliminate the hottest point, and ensure the long-term safe operation of the reactor.
